Pink Eiga Turns One Year Old!

Hey Pink Eiga fans!
It’s with great excitement (and some disbelief!) that PINK EIGA, INC is celebrating its first birthday. As of January 14th 2010 we turned one year old and while we’ve actually been operating for longer than that, the 14th is the anniversary of the day that we officially opened for business one year ago. Woah!

We're just learning how to walk!
So check this out, here’re three cool things that we’ve accomplished in the first year:
- 10 awesome Pink Eiga releases!
- 13,000 DVDs printed and almost 9,000 units sold!
- Nearly a dozen film festival screenings!
There’s little question that we couldn’t have reached these heights if it weren’t for our fans and supporters out there. So thank you so much for helping us reach our first birthday!
In dog years we’d be seven and would be a rambunctious mutt, but in human years we’re only one and are now just learning how to walk. Welcome to Pink Eiga’s toddler years!
Stayed tuned for our next set of exciting releases! And thanks for everything!
- The PINK EIGA Team!

Congratulations!
Looking forward big time to your next releases, especially “Tokyo Booty Nights”, “Whore Angels” and, above all, “Suicide Chain”! Keep up the good work. Favorite movies (from your label) so far: “Tsumugi” and “S&M Hunter”.

Thanks for your support! Tokyo Booty Nights is amazing, but we haven’t decided exactly when to release it. The others we’ll take under consideration as well.
Both TSUMUGI and SM HUNTER are awesome. What’s great about PINK EIGA is that there’s something for everyone!
Thanks again!

My personal favorites (again so far) are “Japanese wife next door” (absolute masterpiece of pink comedy), “SM hunter” and “The slave” (Rinako Hirasawa is amazing). If I had to make a wish list, I’d include first of “Japanese wife 2″, anything by Sachiko Hamano and any pnk horror from Takuaki Hashiguchi.
And of course I send my congratulations and best wishes – hope “Pink Eiga” will be bringing us cool titles for many years.
