Hey there Pink Eiga fans!

We’re thrilled to announce that Pink Eiga bombshell Reiko Yamaguchi (star of The Japanese Wife Next Door) and Pink Eiga uber-director Yutaka “Mr. Pink” Ikejima will be coming to LA in September for the subtly titled “Boobs and Blood” film festival!

Running from September 24th ~ 26th, 2010 at the New Beverly Cinemas here in Los Angeles, Pink Eiga will be showing four films:

1. The Japanese Wife Next Door – Part 1
2. The Japanese Wife Next Door – Part 2
3. S&M Hunter
4. Twilight Dinner

So if you live in LA and have even a slight pulse, then you have no excuse to not come down and see these films as well as many others that feature, well… Boobs AND Blood!

Hot damn! The New York Asian Film Festival 2010 is starting this week and we’re proud as hell to be screening once again at this fantastic festival. We’ll be showing TWO Pink Eiga on July 2nd — THE JAPANESE WIFE NEXT DOOR: PART 2 and GROPER TRAIN: SCHOOL UNIFORM HUNTERS — and rumor has it that our very own ‘Mr. Pink’, Ayumu Oda, will be in attendance to introduce the films!

We’re pleased to report that we’ve just been invited to screen at two film festivals this summer!

If you find yourself in Paris in June and need some ‘big screen Pink’ then head over to the “Sexy International Paris Film Festival,” where they will be showing two films by Pink Eiga favorite, Daisuke Goto! Both BLIND LOVE and the best selling A LONELY COW WEEPS AT DAWN will be shown, although the exact dates and times have yet to be announced.

Next up, we will be making a return to San Francisco in July for the always excellent “Another Hole in the Head Film Festival.” They will be North America premiering two new additions to our Pink Eiga catalog, which we will hold off of announcing for the moment. Suffice to say, these films are excellent and we’re confident will quickly find a strong fan following.

Hey PINK EIGA fans!

This Thursday night at 9pm at ROYAL/T in Culver City, we’ll be having a screening and talk about NEW TOKYO DECADENCE: THE SLAVE. This is part of something naughty** called ‘Nikyuyoku’ (That’s ‘desires of the flesh,’ for those who don’t know Japanese) that we were invited to participate in.

Since it’s local, a few members of the PINK EIGA team will be down there talking about all things Pink Eiga as well as answering questions about the film.

Hi guys,

If you’re up in Montreal or anywhere near there then come on down for the S&M Hunter screenings that we’re having this week as part of the FANTASIA FILM FESTIVAL. Programmed by Midnight Eye’s Jasper Sharpe and Harvey Fenton of FAB Press, these will be fun shows to check out. And let me tell you, if you haven’t watched the lasso throwing, Shibari wizardry of S&M Hunter as he battles a group of perky breasted girl gang members, then you haven’t seen anything yet. Naturally, this kind of lunacy is more enjoyable with a crowd, so don’t miss out on this rare chance to see this film!

The screenings are July 20th (730pm) and 23rd (215pm) at the  Salle J.A. De Sève (1400 de Maisonneuve O.).
