"Sexy Battle Girls"

Watanabe’s largest influence is Japanese Idol, especially, Candies (a famous idol group in the 70’s). However, he also includes bizarre ideas in his films, and can work with various types of genres including, science fiction, horror, and action, among others. In his representative work, “Sexy Battle Girls,” he created a very unique heroine, who defeats enemies with a crazy kendama that has a dildo catcher.
